It has always been true doing the right thing can be painful difficult sometimes and this is one when you have to pay even after you sold home to get out from the possiblity of foreclosure. One thing we have all learned is homeownership comes with pro's and con's and many are getting kicked twice on the cons's. I don’t think they are helping the people with the bailouts they are helping the banks and investors and the economy least of all the people.
