I&#039;d be after the closing attorneys that drafted the contracts on both sides to get a waiver signed by all parties since the facts changed after the escrow provision was created.  They&#039;ll probably protest because arguably they should do this for free as included in their closing fee, but that&#039;s my suggestion.</description>
