		<description>The best advice I can give you is to shop around.  What one lender may offer you may be very different from another lender.  And don&#039;t assume you&#039;re getting the best rate by going on-line.  A local lender (bank or broker) may be able to match or beat the rate and terms.  You can always negotiate better terms (this works better face to face)- you don&#039;t have to take what&#039;s being offered to you.

And as far as I know, you will not get penalized on your credit report for inquiries made for the same reason within a short period of time.</description>
